T-Group is an Authentic Relating practice designed to increase relational skillfulness and awareness of interpersonal dynamics. By leveraging a structured conversation where the focus is what is happening in the present moment—both within ourselves and within the group—we succinctly share our perceptions, narratives, and feelings. It is akin to meditating in relationship, as we identify and articulate experiences as they occur.

The process facilitates sharpened awareness of ourselves and interpersonal dynamics in real time. It also invites us to:

● Co-create a safe, supportive container
● Stretch beyond our comfort zones by practicing courage and/or new behaviors
● Practice communication, presence, authenticity, vulnerability and empathy
● Express ourselves authentically
● Receive valuable feedback about how others see us
● Access "group flow"
● Build community

Potential outcomes of practicing T-Group regularly include skillfulness in:

● Building trust
● Deep listening
● Authenticity
● Accessing and sustaining Presence
● Calibrating vulnerability
● Emotional intimacy and “difficult conversations”

Each evening will begin with a grounding meditation, check-ins, and a brief introduction to T-Group before diving into the T-Group practice itself. Following the practice, the space will remain open for community connection for those who would like to stay.

6:00 - 8:30pm T-Group practice
